We stayed in Montmartre during our first 2 days in France. This place it truly beautiful. The whole feel of the place is calm and artsy. It’s extra awesome on weekends! Just make sure to wake up quite early like 6 or 7 am so you can really look around in peace because the place will be flooded with tourists around 9-10 am on weekends.
