I love traveling. It always bums me out when I want to go see a place then I look at the visa exemption list and almost always, my dear country is not on the list. Visas are often expensive. I even traveled once where my visa was more expensive than my actual airfare! But yeah, it is what it is. I can’t really do anything about it. So I’m writing this blog to help my fellow Filipinos check what countries they can visit without visa. Happy Travels! 🙂
First off, here are the types of tourist visas that you need.
- VISA-FREE – This means that you don’t need a visa to enter that country but you can only stay within a specific period.
- VISA-ON-ARRIVAL – This means you’ll need to get the visa to enter the country when you land at the airport. Sometimes they’ll require a passport-sized photo so just to be safe, always bring a photo with you. Also, VOA usually has visa fees involved so just make sure you check the fees so you’ll have cash to pay for it.
- E-VISA – This means that you can apply for the visa online. You’ll probably get a notification and then feel free to print it out.
- VISA-REQUIRED – This means you have apply for a visa at the embassy or consulate of the country you’ll be going to. There will be requirements which varies from country to country so make sure to apply with the proper timings in mind.
